How do I track my order?
To track your order, login to your account. Once you are logged in, click View Order Status to find out the status of your order.
What if I paid for expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping means that the delivery of your package will be expedited, once it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. It does not change the processing time for your order. We will send your package via your chosen method once your order is processed. If you need additional assistance with selecting a shipping method, please contact Customer Service via Live Chat.
What if I selected an item that is not in stock?
If your order includes an out-of-stock item, we may partial ship your order. Our policy is to partial ship any order above $75.
Who do I call if I have questions about my order?

How do I cancel my order?
If you choose to not wait for your order to be processed, we understand. To cancel your order, please contact Customer Service via Live Chat.
Who can use Prohibited products?
Prohibited products are intended for consumers of legal smoking age. This product is not sold for therapeutic use.
Can I fly with my vaporizer?
According to the TSA, vaporizers are only permitted in your carry-on luggage. For additional information, please read our blog post regarding air travel and vapor devices.
How do I use my Prohibited device?
For a complete list of usage instructions, refer to your Prohibited User Manual. All Prohibited User Manuals are available for download on the Prohibited User Guide page.
Do I need to charge the battery the first time?
Yes. Your Prohibited device is shipped with a 50% charge, but in order to get the best performance for the life of your battery, we recommend charging it fully before its first use.
Where can I purchase Prohibited products?
Prohibited products are available online and in thousands of retail locations across the world. To find a retailer near you, please refer to our store locator.
Where can I see the status of my order?
If you have created an account with Prohibited, you can check your order status at any time by simply clicking on “Account” and logging in with your information. The “Account” link can be found at top of every page. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that contains your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number, you should check your spam folders thoroughly. If you are unable to find your tracking number, please contact our customer support team.
